Saffron

Since 2012 Felciano produces Saffron, cultivated in a small strip of land.
The harvesting and preparation of saffron requires a lot of care and attention.
Harvesting is repeated every morning at dawn, before the sunlight opens the flowers, throughout the flowering period,
between the second half of October and the first half of November.

Saffron’s active ingredients boast many properties: analgesics, digestive, soothing, antioxidants, antidepressants, aphrodisiacs. Organic and short chain, hand-picked and selected by hand, handmade. Biologico e a filiera corta, raccolto e selezionato a mano, confezionato artigianalmente.
